Nature of the research

All Joule14 research, products, data, briefings, and communications are general and impersonal. They are provided for informational and educational purposes and are not individualized investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice or a recommendation to transact in a security or financial instrument. Joule14 does not consider a reader's holdings, objectives, risk limits, or contemplated transactions.

Editorial independence

Joule14 independently controls its research topics, methods, conclusions, publication timing, and corrections. Customers, issuers, sources, and distributors do not have approval rights over Joule14's conclusions. Commercial interest does not guarantee coverage or determine a research outcome.

Subscriber questions and research priorities

Paid subscribers on X may propose questions, identify public evidence, and help Nick Dorsey prioritize selected group research projects. Subscribers do not purchase coverage, a conclusion, a recommendation, or approval rights. Nick and Joule14 retain editorial control over the questions pursued and the scope, sources, methods, conclusions, publication timing, and corrections. A subscription does not guarantee that a question will be answered or that a particular person, company, security, or technology will be covered.

Issuer and third-party compensation

Joule14 does not accept direct or indirect consideration from a covered or reasonably expected-to-be-covered issuer, its affiliate or investor-relations intermediary, an underwriter, or a dealer. This includes cash, securities, warrants, gifts, consulting fees, and other benefits connected to an issuer that Joule14 covers or reasonably expects to cover.

Financial interests and other conflicts

Before substantive research is released, Joule14 reviews relevant founder and household financial interests, commercial relationships, prior work, compensation, and other facts that could reasonably be viewed as influencing the analysis. Each substantive native Joule14 report or note contains either a specific report-level disclosure or an affirmative statement that the review was completed and no material conflict was identified. Trading based on unpublished Joule14 research or material nonpublic information is prohibited by Joule14's launch policy.

Sources, estimates, and uncertainty

Joule14 may use public filings, company materials, technical documents, licensed datasets, interviews, calculations, and estimates. Material claims receive a source and reasonable-basis review. Research distinguishes observed facts, estimates, assumptions, and judgment where doing so is material to understanding the conclusion. Estimates remain uncertain and may change as evidence develops.

Product concepts such as Frontier Map may organize public evidence into commercialization stages or similar editorial assessments. Those stages are reasoned judgments based on the cited evidence as of the stated review date, not predictions, guarantees, or claims that the underlying source set is complete.

Author statement

Each listed author certifies that the views expressed accurately reflect their honestly held views. No part of their compensation was, is, or will be directly or indirectly related to a specific conclusion or recommendation in the publication.

Issuer and source review

When factual verification is appropriate, Joule14 may provide a source with a limited factual excerpt. That process does not give the source, an issuer, a customer, or another person a right to approve, delay, or alter Joule14's analysis or conclusions. Joule14 does not solicit or use material nonpublic or improperly obtained confidential information.

Research briefings

Group briefings explain published methods, evidence, assumptions, and general industry scenarios. They do not consider participant holdings or provide recommendations about position sizing, timing, hedging, or a contemplated transaction.

Corrections and updates

Material corrections, clarifications, and substantive updates remain attached to the publication record with a date and explanation. The Corrections page describes how to submit a potential error.
